Sri Gayatri Temple is located in Gayatri Barangay, Krishnarajapura, Bangalore. When he prayed for the construction of this temple, he searched for a suitable place in many places in Bangalore but was disappointed. Once when he came to Krishnarajapura, he saw three Garudas & a snake in this place, but decided that this was a place of Niravairatva & bought the land. In 1992, he performed Bhoomi Pooja & built a temple in Dravidian style.
On Magha Shuddha Panchami in 1994, he installed Amman & performed Kumbhabhishek. In 1998, he performed Sahasra Kalashabhishek & Laksha Gayatri Yagava. Then in 2006, he built a magnificent Rajapopur & performed Mahakumbhabhishek. Since then, the Goddess has been worshipped daily, Brahmarathotsava in the month of Vaishakh, Chandi Homa, Sharanavaratri Mahotsava, Shankhabhiseka, Dhanurmasa Puja, Varshabhiseka in Maghamasa, etc. are performed in this temple. Ekachandi, Navachandi, Shatachandi Yagas lead to the presence of the Goddess.
